I'm Having Pain In Both Arms, Similar To Growing Pains.

I'm having pain in both arms, similar to growing pains. I also have a lil tightness in my chest when I try to take a deep breath. I had a ventral hernia repair almost 3 weeks ago and was in the ER 3 days after my surgery with adalectusus. I'm trying to decide if I should go to the ER again, but I'm home alone with my 4 kids
