I'm Having Pain In My Fingers. I'm Unable To Work

I'm having pain in my fingers. I'm unable to work with them properly. I guess its because of the snowy winter. Its my first time in a cold country.
I have the following tablets in my first aid which one may i take for my relief.
1. Rantac 150
2.sporidex 500
3.zupar brufin with parasitamol
4.lupipara paracitamol
5. Metron forte metronidazole
6. Cetrazine
