I'm Having Pain In My Stomach Area When I Bend

I'm having pain in my stomach area when I bend over I feel it . it'd been in the same spot for a couple days now . I have that pain every morning around 3 am just hurting in that one spot. I drunk warm water and I took the pain away and I went to sleep , but the pain is there when I move around
