I'm Having Pain In My Upper And Lower Back. Feeling

I'm having pain in my upper and lower back. Feeling nausea and unbalanced. I've been trying to cope with the back pain for months but no improvement. I'min the process of getting a family doctor. I don't know what to do. It's hard for me to walk, sit and most of my everyday activities.
