I'm Having Pain On My Right Side Top And Bottom

I'm having pain on my right side top and bottom teeth that also aches up to my ear. This started after three days of having a sinus headache. I was told at one time my sinus cavity runs pretty close to those teeth. This is the third day of pain and aching. Could I have an Infection? No fever. Is there some thing I can take to get rid of this?
