I'm Having Pain That Starts In The Shoulder/bicep Area And

I'm having pain that starts in the shoulder/bicep area and travels all the way down the right arm to the top of my hand. I work construction and haven't suffered any injury that i'm aware of. The pain has come and gone over the last few months. Some days the pain is very intense. Other days it's barely noticeable. Also experiencing occasional migraine symptoms that blur my vision (not sure if this is associated). Have had surgery for Kihari? malformation about 15 years ago. Please reply @ YYYY@YYYY
