I'm Having Pains On The Left Upper Side Under My

I'm having pains on the left upper side under my breast. it hurts when I breath, Cough, or even bend down At first I thought it was gas I took Gas X for three days and took 600mg of ibuponen for the pain its been 5 days and the pain seems to fade and come back stronger what is my problem
