I'm Having Pelvic Pain When I Walk, Sit, Cough, During

I'm having pelvic pain when I walk, sit, cough, during sex, or just about any sudden movements. I had this problem before and that said it was a bacteria infection. I just went and had a Pap smear around the end of December and everything appeared normal.i only have one sex partner and has been with him for years. What could be causing this?
