I'm Having Problem Going To The Bathroom. I Don't Believe

I'm having problem going to the bathroom. I don't believe I am constipated but I can't rule it out. I've tried laxitives which kind of helped but I've still got severe pain in my lower stomach. Sometimes it hits and the feeling travels to my anus so hard it feels like if I move, I'm going to go to the bathroom on myself (#2). However, whenever I go to the bathroom, no matter how much I push or even just try to be patient, nothing happens. Sometimes I get a very very small bowel movement but that's it. I've also got this pain around my anus that's sensitive to the touch and hurts to even lay or sit in certain positions. This happened out of no where but has lasted almost a week now.
