I'm Having Random Muscle Pains In My Arms And Legs.

I'm having random muscle pains in my arms and legs. what feels like lack of circulation in my right arm. tingling in my right hand. I am a smoker. only medication I am on is Levothyroxin, 137MCG (faithful to) and I have Hashi. Both for about 18 yrs. I don't have a headache. I don't have any other symptoms outside of the need to stretch or mess with my own fingers. that part I can't explain.
