I'm Having Right Sided Neck Pain That Travels Up The

I'm having right sided neck pain that travels up the back of my head on right side, around to the right temple! Temple pains are sharp stabbing pains, intermittant.Had xrays today of neck, standing & laying down with mouth open wide n xrays taken thru mouth! No radiation of pain down my arms. Dr told me optic nerve pain, or maybe I didn't hear right? Going to sign up for physical therapy n Dr ordered muscle relaxants!
