I'm Having Severe Muscle Cramping In Both Legs, Feet Up,

I'm having severe muscle cramping in both legs, feet up, both arms hand to shoulder, Dry mouth. I've taken 1000mgs of methocarbamol, spent an hour in a jetted tub with Epsom salts, and have been drinking water and Gatorade. I spent seihours working in the yard today and believe that I became dehydrated. What else should I do?
