I'm Having Severe Pain On My Right Side. Started About

I'm having severe pain on my right side. Started about 4 hours ago on my right lower side and is getting worse. It is now all around my waist but most of the pain is approximately 3-4 inches from my belly button and goes down to my pelvic bone. Not sure if I should try to ride it out or seek immediate medical attention.
