I'm Having Sharp Pains Down My Cutter All The Way

I'm having sharp pains down my cutter all the way up my butt, I can't pee or poop it feels like my insides are falling out, it's so much pressure I can't hardly stand or walk!! Wat the hell is goin on with me!?? I'm scared & thinking I need 2 go 2 the hospital!!? All I can do is lay here & the pains still sharp at times!!
