I'm Having Shoulder Pains In Both Shoulders, During The Past

I'm having shoulder pains in both shoulders, during the past week it has happened a couple of times but Alive helped. Last night it did not, also have a little indesgition like heartburn, should i be concerned. I have been doing a little lifting out of the ordinary also.
I'm 64 years old also
