I'm Having Slight Pain/discomfort In The Right Side Of My

I'm having slight pain/discomfort in the right side of my belly area adjacent to the hip. I had an appendectomy several years ago, and then had terrible pain a few weeks later, which after much testing was apparently scar tissue. I haven't had any more discomfort in that area until a couple of weeks ago. What could it be?
