I'm Having Some Dull Pain On My Right Side And

I'm having some dull pain on my right side and a little burning under my right rib cage (both high and low). I had a blood and urine test and a CAT scan. The doctor said all was good. She said it was muscular/skelatal and I have been perscribed 600mg of Ibuprofin. Would that test (blood and CAT) include my liver function, and could this be anything else?
