I'm Having Some Issues After Stepping On A Bee/wasp. I

I'm having some issues after stepping on a bee/wasp. I don't know if I should see a doctor or not. My throat, jaw, ears, and head hurt a lot. It feels as if I have someone sitting on my chest. I got stung yesterday and have had a headache that wants to turn into a migraine. I have chronic migraines though. The throat, head, jaw, I don't normally feel this kind of pain. I have taken my meds as well as extra Benadryl. It settled for about an hour after doing extra Benadryl. I was stung on the bottom of my foot and there were many different bees/wasps, so I'm not sure what one got me. I dont feel a stinger in it.
