I'm Having Some Pain In My Lower Abdomen Below My

I'm having some pain in my lower abdomen below my belly button just above the pelvic bone, it feels heavy, really bloated and a dull ache,sometimes sharp pain. I'm on day 14 of my cycle, on average normal is 27 days. It almost feels like my cervix is bruised. I did have fairly rough sex on day 11. Could this be a result of the rough sex or could this be caused by ovulation even though the pain is not left or right but in the middle? I'm 25 and trying to conceive.
