I'm Having Spinal Fusion @L-4 To S-1 0n 10/16 And

I'm having spinal fusion @L-4 to S-1 0n 10/16 and I quit smoking two days ago. Is there anything that will clean the nicotine out of my system since they will be doing a swab test the day of the surgery. My wife smokes and worried that the second hand smoke will show up.
