I'm Having Squeezing In Both Upper Arms..with Tingling When I'm

I'm having squeezing in both upper arms..with tingling when I'm sitting still.have been getting light headed and four days ago..I woke up to mussel twitching around my right eye sunscreen.I was wondering if this is related to angina or lack of blood flow to my arms no chest pain just a warm sensation in my chest.
