I'm Having Strange Symptoms -- Feels Like Someone Put A

I'm having strange symptoms -- feels like someone put a hot pan on the top of my thigh, and the skin is hot to the touch. Happens when I'm sleeping, under the covers. Lasts only a few minutes, and is better when I take off the covers. If I leave the covers on, the burning sensation continues.
