I'm Having Terrible Stomach Pains In My Lower Area Of

I'm having terrible stomach pains in my lower area of the stomach. I have vomited earlier and been having diarrhea. I have taken Pepto-Bismol and it has not helped. I have taken several doses as well. Do you have any suggestions as to what can help my pain and what is the problem?
