I'm Having The Pain Origination At The Base Of My

I'm having the pain origination at the base of my lateral neck radiating up my head behind my ear. On a scale from 1-10, it is probably an 8. It is not associated with movement. I hurts when I am perfectly still. It does not sting or burn, although on the left side which is the opposite side I had a few minutes of a bit of sting or burn.
