I'm Having Trouble Sleeping Tonight - Unusual For Me. I

I'm having trouble sleeping tonight - unusual for me. I overate right before sleep so I'm assuming it has to do with that. But I'm a little scared because I have diarrhea, lightheadedness, and some other mild pains that come and go - in the back, chest, and stomach. Mostly I just feel generally bad. I'm a 41 year old female and am overweight (230 lbs, 5 foot 9). Is there anything I should do other than drink water and monitor my condition? I've had some similar problems before also when I've overeaten at night.
