I'm Having Trouble With My Body Right I'm Not In

I'm having trouble with my body right I'm not in major pain but today I took a drug test for a job and my pee was dark brown red color the nurse looked at it and paused but said nothing , later I got to my dad's house an used the bathroom an went number two an peed the waste was dark red like wine color so was the hard wast, I have a deep cough and sometimes I cough so hard I through food back up I consumed hours ago, sometimes all of it, it doesn't feel like the flu but I'm a bit worried might be something else
