Im Having Very Hard Pain In My Buttbone Area Since

Im having very hard pain in my buttbone area since last night it hurts when i sit when i lay down and even when i sleep its very painful and i havent done anything to cause the pain no heavy lifting at work what could be the cause of it and is there any home remedy to stop the pain or how long will the pain last
