I'm Having Very Painful Pressure In My Pelvic Area To

I'm having very painful pressure in my pelvic area to my ride side and I'm bleeding through pads and my clothes. I've been to the emergency room and my obgyn and neither one has done anything. I was diagnosed with a left ovarian cyst. What could be causing the bleeding to be this bad and what can I do about it?
