I'm Highly Allergic To Poison Ivy, As Well As Virginia

I'm highly allergic to poison ivy, as well as Virginia creeper. Monday I received a steroid shot. I'm a pro at this . This is reacting differently than any other that I've had. Most bumps have dried except for a couple. They are hard and still itch. I have one on the inner part of my leg to the side of my knee that concerns me the most. It has a head on the bump and looks bruised surrounding the area. When it itches it turns bright red!
