Im In LA And At Around 1pm Today Had A

Im in LA and at around 1pm today had a feeling of nausea come over me. Had to run to bathroom and chucked until there were only dry heaves. By then I was shaking like a leaf, but didnt feel fevorish so laid down to get some rest. Have had 2 more bouts of vomiting and now feel a bit fevorish. The latest just round just finished.
Should I go to urgent care?
