I'm In Tenerife, Went To Sleep At The Beach. I've

I'm in Tenerife, went to sleep at the beach. I've woken up with 2 bites on my leg, both the same. They have a yellow turning into red centre with multiple tiny red dots, it also has a purple ring around it. Itchy too. Any idea what I've been bitten with? Thanks.
