I'm In Agony From The Front Of My Shoulder To

I'm in agony from the front of my shoulder to the side of my arm in the rotator cuff the pain it feels like someone is pushing on my shoulder. It is worse at night when I lay down, no matter what side I lay on I feel pain, sometimes it's burning. It's been on and off for a few months but only now has it been non stop.

I recently went through a total hip replacement surgery last year. I'm 23 and I had PVNS in my left hip. The pain is pretty much the same as what I felt when I got diagnosed with it. It's also on the same side. Any help?
