I'm In My 2nd Trimester And I Have Forgotten To

I'm in my 2nd trimester and I have forgotten to ask my doctor if it is safe to use dove gentle exfoliating bar soap and dove essential body lotions. I checked the ingredients and there are parabens in it. I'm worried I harmed my baby thru these products. And may I know what are the effect could cause my unborn child. Thank you.
