Im In My 6th Weeks Of Pregnancy I Have Cramps

Im in my 6th weeks of pregnancy i have cramps on and off and hazy vaginal discharge i visisted my ob gyne advised me to take duphaston 10 mg 3 x per day for 3 days and 2 times a day after that. After that still i have on and off cramps, hypogstric pain and then After dark small amount of blood clots discharge came the next day. What shall i do? Do i have to consult my ob or continue the regimen first?
