Is It Necessary To Continue Sustanon IM After 2 Doses, Or Is Oral Progesterone Sufficient For My 8th Week Of Pregnancy?

I m in my 8th week of pregnancy and I m taking susten sr 100mg OD and duphaston 20mg thrice daily and I was also adviced to take susten 100mg IM 5 doses on alternate days after I had some spotting in 7th week..it was only light and subsided ina day..i took 2 doses of susten IM..should I take the remaining 3 shots or are the oral progesterone sufficient..the injection is quiet painful..
