I’m In Pain Management, And I’ve Been On Methadone 10mg

I’m in pain management, and I’ve been on methadone 10mg twice a day and nor one twice. My pain was tolerable, and my quality of life was good. My doctor recently took me off methadone and told me to take up to five 10/325 norcos a day. My pain level has gone from 4 1/2 to 8 since he did this. I only get about an hour of relief from the Norco each time I take it. He’s running scared of the DEA and will not give me the methadone anymore. What drug could I ask him to give me to get the relief I had with the methadone and Norco?
