I'm In Perimenopause And My Periods Are Barely There... When

I'm in perimenopause and my periods are barely there... When I menstrate, or thats what i think it is, there is only small amount of blood on tissue paper. I have all the symptoms of pms... lower back pain, sore feet... So question is.. is this normal or should I see a doctor.... everything on the internet is either cancer or perimenopause...I'm freaking...
