I'm Itching Really Horribly Down There And It's Like To

I'm itching really horribly down there and it's like to killed me. I got a yeast infection... I've tried everything to make the itching stop. I got swelling, itching, & burning & clear discharge. I used Monstat today but I also used ice and cold cloth. Help please!!!
