Im Just Wondering If A Wound Of Mine Is Infected

Im just wondering if a wound of mine is infected I just had a chin implant a week ago and got off anti biopics yesterday my doctor says everything is healing well. I put some polyps iron on my cut this morning and when I look at my cut tonight parts of it had a yellow Color to them I worry it is infected?
