I'm Lactose Intolerant And When I Drink Milk I Sometimes

I'm lactose intolerant and when I drink Milk I sometimes Bleed on the Toilet. but I gave up milk some Months ago. 2 days ago I had a lot of blood come out of my bowls, more than I ever had. usualy its only just drip drip drip. but it came out like a flow. then Tonight only minutes ago, I had lots of dark red blood pour out again as well as in my stools. I have a feeling of numbness in my hands and some times pins and needles in my finger tips. Im 51 years old.
