I'm Looking For The Contents Of A Compounded Called Therapain

I'm looking for the contents of a compounded called Therapain MN 8%/6%/5%/2% Cream. I can not read the entire label, but suspect it is widely distributed. It contains gabapentin, diclofenac, lidocaine, metaxalone. The 1st ingredient on my label is messed up and partially readable. It looks like WhAHJADINE. Any ideas? Thank you.
