I'm Lossing A Lot Of Hair For Some Time Now

I'm lossing a Lot of hair for some time now if I simply drive me my fingers throughout the hair and lit approximately 10 strands of hair come out and I recently suffered from severe chicken pox 2months back and was hospitalised due to halicunition etc. Is the hair loss due to the chicken pox?
