I'm Married Before 3 Months. Through Out The First Month,

I'm married before 3 months. Through out the first month, I got bleeding after sex(that is few hours after sex) . In second month I didn't get bleeding mostly. But some times, I get. In third month I get bleeding after few hours after sex or a day after sex. If I involved in work, without rest after sex, then I got pain at the edge of pubis (I.e at the lips of pubis/vagina). And got pain at buttocks also for 1 hour or less. If l took rest after sex, then Almost I didn't get pain. Sir please reply me. What is the reason? Is it dangerous? Will it be cured? Here bleeding is little amount.
