I'm Nearly 3weeks Late. Last Week We Did Upt And

I'm nearly 3weeks late. last week we did upt and came out faint positive line and I again did upt by this morning and came out negative. I have some of the symptoms like veins in my breast, changes in my shape of stomach, head ache, on/off pimples, some time body heat elevated, milky and egg white vaginal discharge without lumps, anybody please help me am I pregnant we are trying to conceive around 2years
