I'm Not Diabetic. I Do Hove Charkot Foot, Perhaps Marie

I'm not diabetic. I do hove charkot foot, perhaps Marie tooth,o steoarthritis,several failed surgeries..every now and then, I have a feeling of impending doom. I become diaphoretic,sclera become blood red,as well as face, hands burn and swell. Lips and throat swell. This happens anytime, not when eating,or when eating, me says if it lasts longer than 15 minutes go to e.r., it's been about 15 minutes and gets better,but when it happens,i feel like I will die. Very scary. Me also said something like I'm allergic to myself!!?? Neurogenic attacks?? What do you think is happening to me?? thank you
