I'm Not Entirely Sure What I Did But My Tailbone

I'm not entirely sure what I did but my tailbone is killing me and the pain is throbbing even when laying down. I've had it for three days now and this morning and this afternoon I've had nausea associated with it. Walking, sitting, and laying down are all equally painful. Please help!
