Im Not Exactlly Sure How Far Along I Am, But

Im not exactlly sure how far along i am, but my hcg levels show 1405ul and i think i about 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. Dr. ordered an ultrasound cause im crampy, and the ultrasound came back no fetus seen and no eptopic pregnancy. what should i be concerned about?
