Im Not For Sure If My Grandson Drinked Or May

Im not for sure if my grandson drinked or may perhaps probably sipped a little or may have just opened it or my daughter just brought them with the top loose like that from people opening the bottle to smell but he hasn't or have not showed no sign of sickness just his normal self so assuming he didn't drinkit which I didn't smell the clorox multi purpose cleaner on him so should he still be taken to the doctor or just monitor him
