I'm Not Having My Periods Blood Result Is Negative My

I'm not having my periods blood result is negative my date was July 25 last periods was June 25 I have stomach cramps bloating frequent trips to washroom I'm tired and very stressed out i'm married but always used protection never was on pills. I already have two kids I don't want any pregnancy though pregnancy result in blood is negative. what to do?
