I'm Not On Highblood Pressure Meds But My Pressure Has

I'm not on highblood pressure meds but my pressure has been high lately (142/77). I've been having this persistent headache and don't know what to take. The last one I took sumatriptan 50mg and it took soo long to work. I've tried exedrine, advil cold & sinus & motrin 800mg (not all at once of course). Just want some relief
